1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website www.climatrixaircon.in or engaging the services of Climatrix Aircon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Scope of Services

Climatrix Aircon Technologies provides HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) engineering services including but not limited to: design, supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of centralized air conditioning, VRF/VRV systems, chiller plants, ventilation systems, cold rooms, HVLS fans, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

All services are subject to a separate written agreement, purchase order, or quotation accepted by both parties. These Terms apply in conjunction with any such agreement.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
Prices are exclusive of applicable GST and any site-specific civil or structural work unless explicitly included.
Final pricing is subject to a site survey. Quoted amounts may change if site conditions differ materially from those assumed.
Advance payment terms will be specified in the project contract.

4. Warranty

Equipment supplied carries the manufacturer's warranty. Workmanship warranty on installation services is 12 months from the date of commissioning, covering defects attributable to installation quality. Warranty is void if systems are tampered with, misused, or serviced by unauthorised personnel.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability for any claim arising from its services shall not exceed the value of the specific contract under which the claim arises. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, design drawings, and graphics — is the property of Climatrix Aircon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
