About This Service

High Volume Low Speed (HVLS) fans are large-diameter ceiling fans — typically 2 to 7 metres across — that rotate at very low RPM to move enormous volumes of air across large open spaces. A single HVLS fan can condition 1,500–2,500 sq ft with just 1–3 kW of power, compared to 15–30 kW for equivalent HVAC coverage.

In warehouses, factories, aircraft hangars, and sports halls, HVLS fans create continuous, gentle air movement that dramatically improves perceived comfort through evaporative cooling effect in summer and destratification (heat redistribution from ceiling to floor) in winter.
